The piezo igniter allows for easy one-handed pilot ignition without matches. It features a PEX dip tube, glass-lined tank with anode rod for corrosion protection, non-CFC foam insulation, factory-installed PEX polymer-lined heat trap nipples, and a factory-installed temperature and pressure relief valve. It meets HUD requirements for manufactured housing and comes with a 6-year limited tank and parts warranty and a 1-year labor warranty. For use with roof jack vent kit, TV# 219820, not included, but recommended for installation.
