Description
Resistoseal pro plastic cement is an all-purpose black mastic composed of bitumen, fibers and mineral fillers with a low level of solvent. It is used to fill and repair holes and cracks, it adheres to most materials without primer. Its formulation offers good resistance to temperature variations and is designed to be applied at low temperatures.
