Nicholson 8″ Handy File for sharpening, smoothing metal surfaces, and general filing. With one side single-cut for use in tool sharpening and smoothing metal surfaces, and a reverse side double-cut for general filing and rapid stock removal, this file is made of steel and has a rectangular shape with one cut edge and one safe edge. It is American pattern and has a length of 8 inches measured exclusive of the handle.
